How do I become a member?
Joining is easy. Just head to memberstasmania.com.au and choose one of our monthly membership options. Once you sign up, you’ll instantly unlock access to all partner discounts and be entered into all of our giveaways. Each time your membership renews successfully, you’ll stay in all the draws for another month. You can cancel or change your membership at any time.
Can I be sure this isn’t a scam?
Members Tasmania is absolutely not a scam. We’re a registered Australian company (ABN: 96 682 848 988) and all of our prize draws are run through randomdraws.com.au, a certified third-party service that uses a government-approved system.

How is the winner chosen?
Winners are selected through randomdraws.com.au, a government-approved, independent random draw system. This ensures every draw is completely fair and transparent. The process is overseen by a third-party provider to guarantee the integrity of the results.
What benefits come with membership?
When you become a member, you get instant entries into all our giveaways and unlock exclusive discounts with our partners. These savings cover a wide range of industries, including automotive, retail, food and drinks, lifestyle, experiences, and more. Plus, PRO+ members get the added benefit of attending our yearly VIP events, featuring free food and drinks.
How do I enter the giveaways?
As a member of Members Tasmania, you’re automatically entered into all of our monthly giveaways. The number of entries you receive depends on the membership tier you choose.
Do my entries accumulate?
Yes. Each month you stay a member, you accumulate entries based on your membership tier. For example, if you’re a membersPRO+ member with 10 entries per month and you’ve been a member for 3 months, you’ll have 30 entries in total (3 months × 10 entries).
To keep things fair, there’s a cap on how many entries you can accumulate:
- LITE members: up to 24 entries
- PRO members: up to 72 entries
- PRO+ members: up to 120 entries
This ensures no one has an overwhelming advantage over newer members.

Can partners still purchase memberships?
Absolutely, partners can still purchase memberships without any issues.
What happens to my membership if I cancel?
If you cancel your membership, you’ll keep access to member benefits like discounts and giveaway entries until the end of your current billing period. After that, your membership won’t renew, and you’ll lose access to those benefits as well as any accumulated entries.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
To change your membership tier, log into your account and go to “My Subscriptions.” Click the green “Upgrade or Downgrade” button under “Subscription Totals.” This will take you to your cart where you can choose the membership tier you want. Once selected, click “Switch Subscription” and follow the checkout steps to complete the change.
I don’t live in Tasmania, can I enter?
No, Members Tasmania is only open to residents of Tasmania.
How long until I receive my prize?
If you win a cash prize, the funds will be transferred to your account immediately and should clear within 24 hours. For non-cash prizes like a car or bike, we’ll arrange delivery within 5 business days of the draw. Alternatively, winners can choose to pick up their prize in person at our head office:

As a monthly member, can I purchase more entries into a giveaway?
Yes, you can purchase extra entry packages, but only for our major prizes drawn at the end of the month. We don’t offer extra packages for every giveaway to keep things fair for all members.
Is my personal information safe with Members Tasmania?
Yes, we take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is securely stored and will never be shared publicly. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.
Is it safe to enter my card details?
Yes. We use Stripe, one of the world’s largest and most trusted online payment processors. Your card details are securely stored within Stripe’s system and cannot be accessed by anyone, including Members Tasmania.
How can I confirm my entry is in the draw?
When you log into your account, go to “My Orders” to see the number of entries you have for current giveaways. You can also click on “My Entry Numbers” to view all your assigned ticket numbers.
I can’t access my account or reset my password. What should I do?
Don’t worry, we’re here to help. If you can’t log in, click the “Lost your password” button to receive a reset link, be sure to check your junk or spam folder. If you don’t get the email, please contact us at info@memberstasmania.com.au, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to help you regain access.
I’ve had a failed payment. How do I reactivate my account?
If your payment failed, you can update your card details. If your card details are correct, simply go to “My Subscription,” scroll down to “Related Orders,” and click the green “Pay” button. Once you do this, your account will be reactivated for another month until your next billing cycle.
I need to update my payment details.
If your payment has failed or you’ve updated your card, be sure to update your payment details to avoid future issues. Log into your account and go to “Payment Methods” where you can add or update your payment information for future renewals.
I got a new phone number. How do I update it?
It’s important to keep your phone number up to date, since we’ll use it to contact you if you win. To update your number, log into your account and go to “Addresses.” Click “Edit Billing Address,” update your phone number, then press “Save Address” to save the changes.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, log in to your account, go to “My Subscriptions,” and click the green “Cancel” button to stop your next automatic renewal. You’ll still keep your entries in current giveaways until the end of your billing cycle.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, participants must be over 18 years of age.
